Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery or booking, provided the item is unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from returns for hygiene and safety reasons, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gift cards, custom-made products, and specific health and personal care items.

Delivery Policy

We deliver our products to all countries and mainly the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1–2 working days, and 4–10 working days to other countries. UAE delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED 10. Delivery fees outside the UAE will be shown on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. Returned items must be sealed, untampered with, and in original packaging. If these conditions are met, please ship the products back to us using a registered courier service, and we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

If your policy includes no refunds or no cancellations, this must be clearly communicated to cardholders before purchase to prevent disputes.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped to the provided address within 7 days, if payment was made in advance.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
