BIPAP( Bilevel positive airway pressure) -Bi-level devices deliver two levels of pressure per breath- IPAP & EPAP Pressure. Byond 30 P is primarily employed for individuals experiencing mild to moderate respiratory failure, lacking indications for emergency intubation, exhibiting relatively stable vital signs, and without contraindications to noninvasive ventilation. It serves as an early intervention method and aids in the supportive management of respiratory failure. Noninvasive ventilation is predominantly suitable for patients with mild to moderate respiratory failure, no urgent need for intubation, stable vital signs, and no contraindications to noninvasive ventilation. Its use is focused on early intervention and supporting the withdrawal from respiratory failure. Indication of Usage: NIV for non-dependant patients with obstructive or restrictive respiratory conditions- asthma, COPD, OSA, Acute bronchitis and pneumonia secondary to bacterial, viral, fungal causes or severely obese patients.
